You'll be able to push the boundaries of bespoke design, creating spaces that are truly unique and reflect your style. With close collaboration and immediate feedback from your peers, your ideas will shape every aspect of the project.

What you'll do
Lead the design and development of interior spaces, allowing you to shape each project with your vision and expertise. Develop initial concepts in 3D, giving you the freedom to explore and present your ideas in a tangible way.
Lead client presentations, articulate your design vision, build strong relationships, and guide key decisions with clarity and confidence.
Space planning and FF&E will all be within your control, letting you create cohesive and innovative designs. You'll also manage one to two junior designers, sharing your knowledge and guiding the next generation.
What you'll need 12+ years of interior design experience Strong skills in 3D modelling and space planning In-depth knowledge of the latest materials, commercial and residential furniture manufacturers, and the ability to develop palettes and specifications independently
