Job Summary:
The Production Lead at MagickWoods plays a key leadership role on the manufacturing floor, overseeing daily operations related to cabinet production. This individual is responsible for coordinating team activities, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of leading by example. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the line. Ensure daily production schedules are met, including meeting quality, quantity, and safety standards. Assign tasks and monitor progress, adjusting workflows as needed to meet deadlines. Train and mentor team members on cabinet assembly procedures, quality expectations, and safety protocols. Perform quality checks and troubleshoot issues in real time to minimize downtime and defects. Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and inventory control teams to ensure seamless production. Maintain accurate production records and report daily metrics to leadership. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for process optimization. Enforce safety rules and support a clean and organized workspace (5S methodology). Lead by example and foster a team culture of accountability, respect, and productivity Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; prior leadership experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of cabinet production processes, tools, and equipment. Strong understanding of safety standards, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
