Production Supervisor
to lead day-to-day operations at our state-of-the-art chiller manufacturing facility. Leadership & Team Development
Supervise, coach, and support production team members, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Coordinate daily production schedules, allocate labor, and monitor throughput to meet quality and delivery goals. Champion training, cross-training, and employee development to build a resilient and agile workforce. Operational Execution
Drive performance using lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and visual management tools. Proactively identify and eliminate bottlenecks, collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly. Track and respond to KPIs such as efficiency, scrap rates, downtime, and labor utilization to ensure goals are met or exceeded. Quality & Compliance
Maintain strict adherence to product specifications, testing standards, and quality assurance protocols. Partner with QA teams to resolve defects, implement corrective actions, and improve product reliability. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and OSHA regulations. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, materials, and logistics teams to coordinate production schedules, manage changeovers, and support new product introductions. Communicate production goals, priorities, and performance metrics effectively to team members and leadership. What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical) preferredor equivalent hands-on experience in a production leadership role. 2+ years in a manufacturing or industrial production environment, ideally in HVAC, refrigeration, or related fields. Working knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration components, or assembly line processes is a plus. Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing setting. Experience implementing lean manufacturing tools, Six Sigma principles, or continuous improvement systems. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and driving results through people and process. Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Why Join Us?
