About Banner House at T Bar M Founded in 1972, T Bar M Racquet Club has served as the premier private members tennis and racquet Club for Texas and the greater southwest region. It is internationally recognized as a best-in-class training facility for competitive, professional, semi-professional and social tennis for adults and children, while also offering a range of health and wellness amenities, including a gym, chiropractic and sports medicine services and group fitness classes.

In June 2022, Dallas-based WoodHouse acquired T Bar M and is renovating and enhancing the property, creating a world-class racquet Club. The evolved Club will house the classic tennis club and facilities in a fresh new environment. The Club's brand and amenities will continue to cater to individuals and families in search of a social and communal anchor that is grounded in an active, health and wellness-focused mindset.

The new Banner House at T Bar M will include 21 tennis courts (8 indoor courts, 3 Euro red clay courts and 14 outdoor courts), 2 padel courts, 8 pickleball courts, retail/pro shop, a resort style pool, taqueria, private events, lounges, restaurant and bar. In addition to these amenities there is a 12,000 SF Fitness Center with best-in-class training equipment and state of the art locker rooms, including a cold plunge, dry sauna and hot tub. Paired with the new Club house and Fitness offerings is a full service Wellness, Spa and Chiropractic offering with 6 treatment rooms for massage/facials, IV's, injectables and 3 chiropractic rooms for adjustments, soft tissue therapy, needling, and more.

About The Role

As Banner House's Supervisor Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our club's facilities. You will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repair tasks, assisting with preventive maintenance activities, and contributing to overall safety and satisfaction of our guests. By maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency in your work, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the club.

What You'll Do

Supervise and lead the maintenance team (maintenance and housekeepers, etc.). Schedule and oversee daily maintenance tasks, preventive care, and emergency repairs. Ensure the proper upkeep and resurfacing schedules of clay and/or hard tennis courts. Maintain landscaping and irrigation systems to high aesthetic and safety standards. Oversee maintenance of the clubhouse, locker rooms, pool (if applicable), fitness areas, HVAC, lighting, and plumbing. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and grounds to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and maintenance equipment. Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary. Respond promptly to facility-related member or staff concerns and resolve them efficiently. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, pool safety standards). Assist with setup and maintenance for club events or tournaments. Qualifications

Previous 3+ years of experience in the maintenance field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and repair techniques. Experience with clay court and/or hard-court maintenance is strongly preferred Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in maintenance work. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and collaborating effectively. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
