We're currently hiring a
Recruiting Coordinator
to provide support to several of our accounts. In this role you will support the senior recruiters with day-to-day hiring efforts, orientations, and on-site support.
Job Duties:
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and conduct interviews Assist with completing new hire onboarding paperwork Work closely with the team to assist with on-site check-ins and orientation. Assist with applicant tracking, candidate communication, and follow-up. Requirements:
Prior experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, or other similar roles Excellent communication and organizational skills Must be comfortable delivering performance and attendance-related feedback to employees in a clear, respectful, and constructive manner. Able to provide coaching and corrective feedback around attendance, performance, and workplace expectations when needed. Comfort with a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities Confidence to interact with both candidates and clients professionally A team player who's also comfortable working independently
This role will begin as an hourly position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on client growth and recruiting demand.
