$50K-$65K | Albuquerque, NM | Full-time
I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a client in the manufacturing industry for a skilled Maintenance Technician. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
Support continuous improvement and TPM initiatives
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
Fabricate jigs/fixtures and implement process improvements
What You'll Need:
2+ years of experience in a technical or engineering role
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
Familiarity with CAD drawings and Microsoft Office
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a STEM or technical field preferred
