Position Summary/Job Duties:
We are seeking a responsible, caring nanny to care for our infant son (who will be approximately 5 months old in August) in our home in near-west Madison, near Wingra Park.
Position Details:
Schedule:
4 days per week (Tuesday-Friday). We are open to considering a 3-day schedule for the right candidate. Hours:
Approximately 32 hours per week, generally 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (some flexibility available). Start Date:
Mid-to-late August 2025. Duration:
Through to March 2026, with the possibility of extension depending on daycare availability and mutual fit. Qualifications:
Prior experience caring for infants required Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong references Up-to-date on vaccinations (e.g., Tdap, flu, and COVID) Reliable transportation Comfortable with screen-free, engaging activities Comfortable with pets (we have two friendly cats) Professionalism, reliability, and warmth are highly valued Compensation: Starting at $22 per hour, or commensurate with experience.
One parent works from home in a dedicated office space on the upper floor. We strive to provide a welcoming, supportive environment and value open communication with our caregiver.
