Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Summary: The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist is an integral role within Momentive's Talent Center of Excellence (COE). The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, identifying, and qualifying talent to fill key roles within the organization. In this senior role, you will be responsible for strategically sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent to fill key professional and senior-level positions across the Americas and Europe. You will also take a lead role in managing our early career programs and external vendor relationships.
Responsibilities Include:
Strategic Recruitment & Sourcing Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for key professional and senior-level roles, partnering with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop strategic sourcing plans. Utilize a variety of innovative techniques to source, screen, and recommend diverse talent, ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience from initial contact to offer. Advise and educate hiring managers on best practices for recruitment, selection methodologies, and our TA process. Manage intake meetings, create talent pipelines for critical roles, and monitor progress to ensure requisitions are filled in a timely manner. Early Career Programs
Develop and execute strategies for our early career programs, including internships and rotational programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and organizations to enhance our employer brand and build a robust pipeline of future talent. Identify, prioritize, coordinate, and manage participation in career fairs, recruiting events, and information sessions. Project & Vendor Management
Lead or contribute to TA-focused projects aimed at improving recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and employer branding. Oversee relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition vendors to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with hiring goals. Partner with procurement to manage vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with sourcing policies and budgetary guidelines. Evaluate vendor performance, support contract negotiations, and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI). Compliance & Process Excellence
Ensure all recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate selection, and hiring processes, comply with local and international employment laws and regulations. Maintain data integrity and accurately track all recruitment activities within our applicant tracking system (Workday). Provide support for compliance reporting in alignment with applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., EEO and GDPR). Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience University degree in a related field Experience designing, launching, or scaling early career programs Experience leading and prioritizing multiple recruitment projects from start to finish, adapting to evolving business needs Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies Experience with an HRIS, ATS, and/or CRM Solid technical capabilities, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet/online candidate sourcing techniques Dynamic interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and influence diverse audiences and stakeholders at all levels Demonstrates a high degree of ownership, agility, and resilience, proactively supporting both the team and broader business objectives Flexibility to attend recruiting events The following are preferred for the role:
Workday experience (Recruiting module) Demonstrated commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams Experience recruiting for a manufacturing organization Experience recruiting for a globally matrixed organization High volume staffing experience Familiarity/awareness of employment law in Europe #LI-NK1
What We Offer: Base Pay Range: $81,000 - $118,800
The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable.

Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
