Job Details Compensation:

Towne Park offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $8 to $10, plus additional tips averaging between $5 and $10 per hour. Actual compensation is based on skills, experience, and location. Work Schedule:

This role requires open availability, including both AM and PM shifts, as well as overnight hours. Benefits:

Summary As a Guest Service Associate, you will provide exceptional hospitality services in a friendly and efficient manner. Your primary responsibilities will include parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly, and assisting guests with luggage during check-in and check-out. Essential Functions Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients, greeting guests within five feet and using their last names—25% of your time. Welcome guests with appropriate salutations and practice proper phone etiquette, positioned in designated areas when tasks are not being completed—10% of your time. Safely park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and open vehicle and hotel doors for guests—20% of your time. Provide information on directions, taxis, reservations, and local attractions while delivering messages and amenities—10% of your time. Explain parking rates and procedures to guests, handle key tags and vehicle documentation, and process payments—35% of your time. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED. Licensure: Valid driver’s license applicable to your work location. Experience: One month of related experience or a combination of education and experience. Skills: Strong customer service abilities and accurate record-keeping skills. Capability to perform basic math operations. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Working Conditions: This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods. The physical demands include the ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, walking, and climbing stairs. Travel may be required up to 5% of the time.
