We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Job: On site Location: Tampa, FL Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week
Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, services, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide informed support to customers. Document customer interactions and feedback for enhancing service delivery and reporting purposes. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or business is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and empathetically. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
