Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer's experience is outstanding. You will play a pivotal role in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services. Document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and ensure a high level of service. Upsell and cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits
