Job Description
Carefully analyze project plans, specifications, and scopes to develop thorough, competitive cost estimates. Partner closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather precise pricing data. Prepare and submit detailed bids, assist in contract negotiations, and continuously refine estimating processes to boost accuracy and efficiency. Stay up to date with market trends and material costs to ensure competitive advantage. Candidates must have
at least 5 years of experience estimating water/wastewater treatment projects
or similar civil infrastructure.
