CNC Field Service Technician

Our CNC Field Service Technicians contribute to the success of Productivity by keeping our customers' CNC machine tools running at peak operating levels. The customers we serve rely on the Productivity Service team to install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair their equipment. We are looking for a talented and experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to join our Colorado team.

$35 - $40/hour depending on specific skills and experience

Additional financial incentives - annual performance & salary reviews

Full-time - 40 hours/week - Monday - Friday - 7 AM - 4 PM - occasional overtime

CNC Field Service Technician Responsibilities

Install new CNC metalworking equipment at customer locations.

Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment - electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software

Identify & replace parts as necessary. Test & make adjustments

Read and review mechanical and electrical print diagrams and technical repair manuals

CNC Field Service Technician Requirements

Previous CNC maintenance experience - 3+ years; troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Working knowledge of Fanuc controls. PLC’s, Ladder logic

Makino, Matsuura, and/or experience required.

Solid understanding of PMC and PLC ladder logic

Technical training or certificate in a related field, i.e., mechatronics, electro-mechanical, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance

Comfortable working alone and with peers

Strong customer service skills. Ability to interact with customers, peers, and suppliers professionally.

Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Monday – Friday - Occasional overtime - Overnight travel 6-8 nights/month on average
