Aspire Talent Solutions is partnered with an incredible CNC Machine Tool Builder on their search for a CNC Service Technician for the New England region! As a CNC Field Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting customers by maintaining and repairing CNC machine tools and ensuring equipment operates at peak performance.
Responsibilities: • Travel to customer sites throughout New England to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools, controls, and related equipment. • Perform preventive maintenance and identify opportunities for performance improvement. • Diagnose and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components. • Utilize manuals, technical documentation, and internal/vendor support to troubleshoot complex problems. • Clearly communicate equipment status, repairs, and recommendations to customers. • Accurately complete and submit service and installation reports. • Ensure customer commitments are met with a high standard of professionalism and technical excellence. • Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers. • Stay informed on new technologies and product updates through ongoing training and technical seminars. • Maintain deep technical knowledge of all equipment lines represented by the company. • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED from a technical school required • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience repairing CNC machinery. • Proficient with precision measuring tools such as dial indicators and micrometers. • Experience with rotating machinery, spindles, and precision bearings. • Strong understanding of CNC controls and basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. • Advanced troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail and technical accuracy. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software. • Valid driver's license required and ability to be a
