The State of New Hampshire, Department of Justice, Charitable Trusts Bureau has a part-time vacancy for Clerk III.
Summary :
To assist the Charitable Trusts Unit at the Department of Justice in the clerical work for the Charitable Trusts Unit.
YOUR EXPERIENCE COUNTS : Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience and/or each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience:
8th grade education
License/Certification:
Valid driver's license and/or access to transportation
Other Requirements:
Some Knowledge of Information Technology Devices such as personal computers, laptops, scanners and printers. Must be able to lift 20 pounds (archive boxes). Must be able to use a step ladder to access files.
Trainee Option:

Responsibilities
Answer the telephone, answering basic annual report questions and referring more involved questions to correct Bureau personnel to ensure smooth operation of the unit.
Files Unit's correspondence, forms and all other documentation and retrieves information upon request.
Assists in the data entry to annual reports during heavy filing times, reviews data pertaining to registrations to verify accuracy of records.
Maintains physical files in a neat, organized manner, keeps filing current once information is entered in database to ensure prompt efficient retrieval of information. Complies with document scanning protocol.
Prepares and scans paper documents into the electronic document management system and performs quality control checks on scanned documents to ensure accuracy.
