Marketing Consultant,
driving key loyalty program initiatives, managing field engagement, and ensuring ongoing campaign success. This role serves as the primary contact for major projects, coordinates timelines, oversees digital program development, tracks results, manages incentive programs, monitors enrollment trends, and provides actionable insights to leadership. Additional responsibilities include brand compliance checks, budget management for loyalty points, global meeting coordination, QR code creation, and partnering with communications and operations to deliver timely franchisee updates.
Qualifications Experience in marketing, loyalty programs, or customer engagement initiatives Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple teams Data analysis skills with an eye for spotting trends and opportunities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Compensation: $45 - $60 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
