Job: On site Location: Birmingham, AL Pay Range: $900- $1200 per week
Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide exceptional service during all interactions Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner Assist customers in troubleshooting product-related issues and provide appropriate solutions Document and escalate customer feedback or complaints to the relevant departments Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database Support the customer service team in achieving departmental goals Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and empathetically Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities A positive attitude and a passion for helping others Benefits
