We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others and are looking to kick-start their career in customer service

Job: On site Location: Los Angeles, CA Pay Range: $900- $1200 per week

Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and reliable responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with order placement, cancellations, and modifications while ensuring a smooth experience. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system as required. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in training and workshops to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional education in business or a related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Benefits
