Sales & Marketing Operations Associate
to support our Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
Position Summary:
The
Sales & Marketing Operations Associate
will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of sales and marketing operations. This position works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure workflow efficiency, data integrity, and the timely execution of deliverables. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Operations Support:
Participate in the planning, development, and maintenance of sales workflows and documentation. Prepare materials for weekly sales and business development presentations, including slide decks and templates. Maintain and update sales forecasting methodologies in collaboration with Sales and Operations teams. Learn, document, and train internal users on CRM systems and other sales tools. Track and manage deliverables using project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.com. Cross-Functional Project Coordination:
Facilitate communication between Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables. Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items from sales meetings and client onboarding sessions. Assist with quality control checks on deliverables and workflows. Marketing & Communications Support:
Support the creation of sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks. Contribute to social media initiatives and assist with content planning and execution as directed. Collaborate with the marketing team on ongoing campaigns and design projects. Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing coordination, or a related business support role Strong familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar) Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets) Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects at once Media/tech/OTT industry experience is a plus but not required
