Maintenance Technician
to join our team at a residential apartment complex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the property to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained living conditions for all .
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Conduct routine inspections of apartments and common areas to identify maintenance needs
Prepare apartments for new by completing punch lists and making necessary repairs
Maintain exterior grounds including landscaping, snow removal, and trash pickup
Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly and report major repair needs to management
Maintain compliance with safety procedures and property policies
Salary: $50,000 to $55,000
