Strong electrical and mechanical analytical problem-solving ability

Experience in welding, sheet metal fabrication, and pipe fitting

Working knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints

Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems

Responsibilities

Support production operations for all maintenance requirements, including hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems as scheduled

Select materials and operate equipment to complete work, including electrical hand tools and voltage or ampere measuring devices

Troubleshoot and maintain all plant equipment using sound troubleshooting techniques and superior repair methodology

Work from available drawings, equipment specifications, and schematics

Perform preventive, predictive, and routine inspection maintenance

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required

4+ years of experience in welding, sheet metal fabrication, and pipe fitting

Working knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints

Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems

Strong electrical and mechanical analytical problem-solving ability

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in a production-oriented environment, with an emphasis on CNC machines and mechanical presses
