Located in Mineral, Virginia, Cutalong at Tributer Resort spans 1,000 acres bordering Lake Anna and is poised to become a premier destination in Virginia. The development plan includes 891 residential entitlements, featuring estate homes and homesites, executive homesites, cottages, villas, townhomes and luxury condominium accommodations. The resort's planned amenities include a spa & wellness center, multiple restaurants, social and conference meeting space and a rich array of resort activities all anchored by the prestigious Cutalong Golf Club.
Job Summary
Cutalong at Tributer Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeper to maintain a clean, welcoming, and sanitary environment for members and guests. This role focuses on the upkeep of the clubhouse, restrooms, on-site residential homes, locker rooms, event spaces, and other guest amenities throughout the property.
Responsibilities include: Clean and sanitize clubhouse interiors including lobbies, lounges, pro shop, restrooms, locker rooms, hallways, and dining areas. Greeting members and guests while performing duties. Occasionally may be assigned to clean residential homes, which includes tasks such as changing bed linens and general housekeeping duties Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish floors and furniture on a routine schedule. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with facility procedures. Refill supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and hand sanitizer. Assist with setup and cleaning of event or banquet spaces before and after functions. Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs (e.g., lighting, plumbing issues). Follow health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE. Ensure clubhouse facilities are always guest-ready, especially during tournaments or peak times. Collaborate with other departments (kitchen, grounds, front desk) as needed. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience, preferably in hospitality, recreational, or country club settings. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Physical ability to lift up to 30lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings or evenings, based on clubhouse needs. Company Benefits:
