The resort's planned amenities include a spa & wellness center, multiple restaurants, social and conference meeting space and a rich array of resort activities all anchored by the prestigious Cutalong Golf Club. Position Overview: Our food and beverage team at Cutalong at Tributer Resort is seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Convenience Shack Attendant to join our team. The Convenience Shack Attendant operates a small on-site food and beverage outlet, typically serving guests quick snacks, beverages, and light meals. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, able to work independently, and ensure the shack is clean, stocked, and operating smoothly. General responsibilities include: Greet customers in a welcoming and professional manner Prepare and serve snacks, beverages (including alcohol if licensed), and packaged goods Handle cash and card transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the shack, including food prep and service areas Restock shelves, refrigerators, and inventory as needed Monitor stock levels and notify management of inventory needs Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations Maintain a neat, organized, and customer-friendly environment Report any maintenance, safety, or equipment issues Provide basic information about the surrounding facility or amenities if asked Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age Previous customer service or food service experience preferred Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and responsibly Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying weather conditions Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Company Benefits: 401(k) Plan with Company Match Generous Health Plan with HSA Match Discounts at Company-owned Resorts and Golf Courses
