Marketing Coordinator
to support the engine that keeps our campaigns moving.
Role Overview
The
Marketing Coordinator
manages the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for trafficking tasks, organizing creative assets, coordinating internal communication, and performing pre-launch quality checks to ensure everything is accurate and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Project Trafficking & Coordination
Manage the flow of marketing deliverables from request to execution across Paid Media, Creative, and Reporting teams.
Create and assign tasks/tickets for creative assets, copy, and campaign updates using project management tools.
Track timelines and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
Creative Management
Submit and organize creative asset requests and ensure accurate delivery across display, social, paid ads, and video channels.
Perform creative audits before campaigns launch to verify accuracy in branding, offers, and compliance. Coordinate feedback loops between internal creative team and client-facing stakeholders.
Launch Quality Control
Conduct pre-launch QCs to ensure campaigns are set up properly across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
Cross-check creative, copy, URLs, and targeting to prevent errors before campaigns go live.
Maintain detailed checklists and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency.
Communication Hub
Act as a point of contact between account managers, internal departments, and occasionally clients for project-related updates.
Provide timely updates on deliverables, campaign readiness, and status changes. Ensure smooth handoffs and documentation across cross-functional teams.
Process Support
Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs for campaign setup, trafficking, and QCs.
Help identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline operations.
Assist with ad hoc marketing coordination tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, project coordination, or campaign operations role (agency experience is a plus)
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using task/ticketing systems (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.)
Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with digital marketing channels (Google Ads/Analytics/Merchant Center/Business, Meta Ads, Display, Email) is a plus.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience working in the automotive or digital marketing industries
Understanding of creative formats and specs across platforms
Familiarity with QA or QC checklists in marketing operations
Exposure to product or inventory feeds
