BELFOR Franchise Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Franchise Development Marketing Coordinator to support our franchise development team. This role will assist in executing marketing strategies to generate qualified leads, nurture candidate interest, and help grow our family of franchise brands. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and eager to collaborate across teams. This position will be an in office position located in the Ann Arbor, MI location. Key Responsibilities:Support the planning and logistics for franchise development events, conferences, and webinars.Plan, write, and coordinate monthly email campaigns highlighting key brand updates and selling points tailored for franchise consultants.Work cross-functionally with brand marketing, creative, and digital teams to execute campaigns on time.Work with internal teams to track, compile, and report on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, campaign performance, etc.) and support ongoing optimization.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed to support the creation of new franchise sales assets.Manage relationships with third-party vendors such as directory listing platforms and creative partners.Assist with building and maintaining franchise development social media content calendars.Collaborate with PR partners to secure earned media placements that support visibility for our franchise brands.As a hands-on contributor, assist in developing engaging content across various formats, including presentations and blog posts.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth opportunities.Provide project support for additional franchise development activities as directed by leadership.Audit and maintain consistency across franchise development marketing tools, including slide decks, brand sheets, and videos.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in franchise development or lead generation.Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva is a plus.Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact is a plus.Experience with project management platforms like Asana is a plus.Basic video editing skills for short-form content like social media reels is a plus.Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or CRM tools is a plus.
