Master IPC Trainer (MIT)
This role is critical in driving IPC's mission to advance industry standards, training, and certification programs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver IPC certification training (CIT/CIS) with high-quality instruction. Develop and localize training materials, integrating IPC standards. Support factory audits, consulting, and technical guidance. Engage in industry events, client visits, and onsite support. Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering or related fields. 10+ years of experience in PCB, PCBA, wire harness, or electronic assembly. Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes and IPC standards. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese & English. Excellent communication & project management skills. Why IPC?
