POSITION SUMMARY

Responsibilities include answering customer service calls for National Products small dollar loan and prepaid card products, making outbound collection calls for delinquent small dollar loans, updating customer records in accounting system and assisting staff and management as directed. This is a full-time hybrid position with hours scheduled Monday thru Friday between 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Position is in Sioux Falls, SD. Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency verbal and written required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Answers phone calls, emails and chats portraying the service culture of Sunrise Banks and provides customer assistance to meet customers' needs. Assists customers with loan or prepaid card questions and problems or directs customers to the appropriate internal or external department. Is knowledgeable of policies and procedures for small dollar loans and prepaid cards to assist customers. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Processes payoff requests, status changes and payment processing for the small dollar loan product Provides support for other team members in the Sioux Falls office. Performs other responsibilities and special projects as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

High school degree or GED required. English and Spanish fluency written and verbal required. One (1) year related banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Prepaid, Payments, Financial Industry or Accounting preferred. Strong skill set in the use of the following software applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Fiserv applications is desirable. Previous experience in Customer Service or Collections preferred.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
