POSITION SUMMARY We're looking for an experienced and strategic Job Details Description POSITION SUMMARY We're looking for an experienced and strategic FinTech Product Solutions Analyst. In this role, you'll drive product strategy, delivery, and performance for some of our most critical financial infrastructure. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and external partners to create seamless and scalable payment experiences for our customers. If you have a deep understanding of domestic payment systems, thrive in cross-functional environments, and enjoy solving complex problems. Essential Functions Coordinate the development, implementation, and oversee the operations that support the Payments product lines. Fluent with money movement mechanisms and capable of generating illustrative learning aids such as funds flows. Familiarity with ACH, Fedwire, RTP, card rails, and file formats (e.g., ISO 20022, NACHA). Understanding of bank core systems. Understanding of payment processor relationships. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.) Develop and present scorecard metrics and reporting. Identify additional opportunities to expand and optimize the operational support of Payments business line. Provide support for both Fintech card and credit operations as the programs grow. Expand electronic access channels and payment modalities to further the capabilities of the bank to serve different customer segments. Assists in developing solutions with critical stakeholders related to file/fund/data formats and movement. Identify emerging customer needs and recommend product changes/improvements/features in response. End-to-end product lifecycle management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT/engineering, compliance, operations, and external vendors. Regulatory awareness related to domestic payments and consumer protection. Compensation & Benefits Annualized salary range: $70,000 - 120,000 annually, dependent on qualifications.
