Transportation Litigation Associate
with
3-8 years of experience

office. This is a
full-time, in-office role
designed for a driven attorney looking for

About Our Transportation Practice Group: We assist
transportation and logistics companies
with the full range of business challenges and evolving legal issues surrounding the movement of people, products, and goods. Our
multi-disciplinary team
represents and defends transportation clients-including
trucking and logistics companies, warehouses, and related industries -in complex litigation, regulatory matters, and compliance challenges.
Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in
transportation and commercial vehicle litigation Handle all phases of litigation:
discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial prep Draft legal documents and provide
strategic case assessments Advise clients on
regulatory compliance and liability exposure Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on high-profile cases Qualifications:
Active PA Bar License
(REQUIRED) 3-8 years of litigation experience
in
transportation
Owner-operator classification Employment matters Risk management Truck accident litigation Transportation agreements Regulatory compliance and licensing Mergers and acquisitions Insurance coverage and litigation Personal injury defense Federal and state regulatory representation Transportation brokers Customs brokers Freight claim litigation
Excellent legal research, writing, and courtroom skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
