Job Description
Warehouse Associate
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Warehouse Associate, for managing inventory, moving materials, loading and unloading products, and ensuring efficient production flow. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety.
Pay Rate:
$14.00 - $16.00 an hour
Schedule and Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Warehouse Associate
Duties and Responsibilities • Receive, check, and store incoming materials in the designated areas. • Move materials within the facility to support production and shipping processes. • Prepare and load materials for shipment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely. • Perform routine inventory counts and assist with inventory management. • Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all materials are properly labeled. • Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times. • Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and report any issues or shortages.

Qualifications and Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking. • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
