What You'll Be Doing
Deliver hands-on technical support for IBCS systems, equipment, and software. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues. Act as the go-to contact for all IBCS program-related needs. Support system emplacement, initialization, and provide operator training. Manage program help desk operations and equipment inventory. What You'll Need to be Considered
Active DoD Secret Clearance. Security+ and Linux+ certifications Tactical network expertise and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills under pressure.
