$25-32/hr depending on experience What You'll Be Doing
Provide desktop, hardware, software, and network support to internal users Maintain and upgrade server/desktop OS (Windows/Linux) and applications Assist with patching, deployment, and security compliance Troubleshoot connectivity issues: LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures in a ticketing system Support and participate in infrastructure and user training projects What You'll Need to be Considered
Basic programming knowledge (SQL, HTML, C#, VB .Net) Hands-on experience with barcoding hardware/software or web development Comfort with travel to branch locations for onsite support Ability to write user guides and communicate technical ideas clearly Supervisory skills to oversee vendors or direct contributors on key projects
