2+ years of experience scheduling radiology diagnostic testing Health insurance verification knowledge Strong customer service skills High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred:

Experience with Epic EMR Familiarity with pre-certification processes Job Description: The Customer Service Specialist supports patients, members, and providers by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance coverage. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with radiology scheduling. The specialist ensures a high-value, personalized experience using data and technology.
