As the Operations Manager you oversee operational activities at every level of the organization. The duties include hiring and training employees and managing quality assurance programs. An operations manager also strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.You will need to have proficient office skills. The office skills includes advance Microsoft, Quickbooks, ADP.

Holly Bail Bonds is seeking an experienced office manager who is a self-starter, highly motivated and energetic leader to manage a 24-hour busy bail business.

The position includes overseeing new and existing clients and managing a team. It requires extensive experience in management, sales, projects, recruiting and retention of team. You must have great communication skills, a strong work ethic, a passion to help people in need, strong leadership qualities and the willingness to follow and execute a game plan. You must be detailed orientated, available by phone at all times to the team and scheduled on call. Must have track record reporting to ownership and meeting tight time lines, business objectives and sales goals.

We provide on the job training and we will help you work towards obtaining required licenses.

Once licensed, you will work to secure the release of individuals in custody and assist them through the criminal justice process.

Qualifications Required:

Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed 2-5 years of sales and/or customer service and management. Must be proficient in Microsoft Software with the ability to learn new proprietary bail software and QBooks. Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings such as background checks and drug screens in order to become licensed. Must have lived in California for the last 2 consecutive years due to licensing requirements. Must have a valid drivers' license with no restrictions and a clean driving record to be placed on client auto insurance. Travel to jails and or courthouse up to 145 miles, to process bail bonds in potential adverse weather conditions. Company vehicle is provided. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must be willing to work any shift to support our 24 hour operations including: weekends, holidays, day shift and swing shift. Must be willing and able to work on call. Excellent communication skills, including phone manner and in person customer service. Excellent command of the keyboard and data entry. Ability to deploy a strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills. Ability to escalate and de-escalate situations effectively. Attention to detail and spelling. Must be proficient in scheduling- use of ADP scheduling is helpful. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate and achieve daily sales goals, which includes AR collections. Handle heavy phones and have the ability to multi-task. Handle incoming and outbound calls, take applications. Administer bond paperwork. Travel to jails and or courthouse to process bail bonds. Assist corporate office and other departments with all requests. Additional duties as assigned.
