Salary Range: $28-$33 (DOE)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly self-motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role,
you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment at various
customer sites. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, providing technical
support, and delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of machine at customer locations. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. Provide hands-on training and guidance to customers on proper equipment use. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records of service reports and customer interactions. Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and offer solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and product performance. Be responsible for making all travel arrangement such as booking flight, rental car, and hotel reservations. This job may required more than 90% of travel. Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or technical certification preferred). Hands on experience with industrial machinery. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and travel to various locations as needed. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
