Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and flexible Middle to Senior Level Equipment Maintenance Technician to maintain, install, and improve semiconductor processing equipment used in MEMS fabrication. Candidates must have extensive hands-on experience to adapt to different tools in the Fab but preference is given to candidates who has extensive experience in high vacuum tools such as the Applied Materials Endura and/or Ion Beam Deposition (IBD) systems.
Objectives:
Diagnose and repair semiconductor equipment to maximize uptime and reliability Perform and refine preventive maintenance procedures with engineering support Document maintenance activities and improve tracking systems Assist with installation and qualification of new equipment Contribute to equipment specification, selection, and continuous improvement efforts Capabilities:
Hands-on experience with vacuum tool experience in Deposition and Etch (Applied Materials Endura is an advantage) Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, vacuum, electrical, and control systems Ability to read technical schematics and develop or improve PM documentation Experience with new equipment specification and selection processes Must be a U.S. Persons under ITAR (citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylum seeker) What Atomica Offers You:
