Job Description

Position Summary for Recruiter (Contract)

Drive high-quality talent delivery to our healthcare clients by combining hands-on recruiting with day-to-day coaching of offshore team. The incumbent will own priority requisitions end-to-end

and

serve as the primary bridge between client hiring managers and the PSG delivery group, ensuring every candidate slate meets clinical, compliance, and cultural requirements.

Project Ownership & Accountability

• Own the project plan, KPI target set by CM, and report progress weekly to client and PSG leadership. • Forecast and manage resource levels in collaboration with Client Manager, budget burn, and turnaround times to hit SLA commitments. • Diagnose root causes of any performance gaps and deploy corrective actions quickly. • Escalate blockers and negotiate solutions to keep the project on track.

Individual Contributor (Player)

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill roles: source, screen, interview, negotiate, and close offers as needed. • Build proactive pipelines through creative sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach. • Conduct intake/calibration sessions with hiring managers to define success profiles and set measurable goals. • Maintain airtight candidate tracking data.

Team Leadership (Coach)

• Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a 2-3 person offshore sourcing team; set weekly targets and hold the team accountable for lead quality and volume. • Provide real-time feedback, side-by-side call coaching, and skill-building sessions. • Implement quality-control audits on submissions, driving ≥ 90 % pass-through rates. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Client Liaison & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the single point of contact for hiring managers; schedule calibration calls, present candidate slates, and gather feedback. • Translate client expectations into actionable guidelines and metrics for the offshore team. • Produce and present weekly dashboards (fill ratios, time-to-submit, submittal-to-interview). • Proactively flag risks (license delays, start-date pushes) and negotiate solutions.
