Your Impact Based in our Tampa office, you will be a key member of the McKinsey recruiting team. Your role will encompass working closely with a team of global recruiting professionals, tasked with attracting a diverse range of talent from various sectors and geographies. You will primarily support hiring efforts for our Americas markets. As a Recruiter, your responsibilities will include driving the development and execution of exceptional talent attraction strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will own the full lifecycle of recruitment end to end, from kicking off a search with hiring managers to understanding target profiles, sourcing robust talent pipelines, guiding decision meetings, all the way through to executing offers. Your work will have a direct impact on attracting top talent, fostering a diverse and innovative environment, and ensuring our continued success and growth in the region. You will actively engage in sourcing talent, identifying target candidate groups, and exploring innovative methods to connect with candidates. Leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and other social media, your skills in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and industry research will be instrumental. By maintaining a structured and compliant recruitment process, you will guide candidates from screening through onboarding, while ensuring a seamless experience. You will serve as the primary contact for talent attraction efforts and manage recruiting data efficiently.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of experience in recruiting, particularly in executive search firms, showcasing strong headhunting skills Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership capabilities Strong communication skills Proficient in LinkedIn and social media platforms for direct sourcing Talent mapping, industry research skills, and familiarity with recruiting across regions Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in managing recruiting logistics, including immigration and relocation matters Experience leveraging recruiting data and pipeline data to identify trends, drive toward recommendations, and provide strategic insight
