We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both retail and wholesale customers to assess their needs, answer inquiries about our products, and provide tailored solutions. Our ideal candidate will focus on resolving customer concerns efficiently to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer experience through outstanding sales service. Engaging with customers in person and over the phone to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services. Establishing and nurturing productive relationships with our retail and wholesale clients. Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures. Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieving and preparing products from our sales floor or warehouse. Tinting and mixing products per customer specifications. Managing inventory and maintaining a tidy and visually appealing store environment. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to provide insightful recommendations. Taking part in deliveries and assisting with logistics when required. Contributing to store cleanliness and equipment maintenance. Adhering to inventory control procedures and suggesting opportunities for sales improvement. To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: Be at least eighteen (18) years old. Have legal authorization to work in the country without requiring sponsorship for a work visa now or in the future. Possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Be capable of lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Be available to work various hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred qualifications include: Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High school diploma or GED. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a retail, delivery, or customer service role. Prior experience selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment. The individual selected for this role may be expected to work at stores within a 50-mile radius of #5045, located at: 193 Troy- Schenectady Road, Latham NY 12110.
