This hybrid role requires working in our Lexington, SC office three days per week.
What You'll Do
Find Talent:
Learn how to source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking. Screen Candidates:
Help interview and assess candidates for skills and fit. Support Clients:
Work with experienced recruiters to understand client needs and job openings. Stay Organized:
Keep track of candidates and their progress throughout the hiring process. Learn the Industry:
Gain insight into IT trends and the most in-demand tech skills. Build Relationships:
Connect with candidates to ensure a great experience. Track Progress:
Help report on key metrics like time-to-fill and candidate quality. What We're Looking For
A bachelor's degree (or similar experience) in business, HR, or a related field. Interest in recruiting and the IT world. Strong communication and organization skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn recruiting tools. What We Offer
