Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiting Manager to lead our technical staffing division. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier technical professionals across various client industries. You will play a key role in building and maintaining a strong network of qualified candidates while ensuring exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the technical recruiting team to meet staffing goals and benchmarks. Partner with clients to understand their technical staffing needs, project scope, and company culture. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to clients. Build and maintain relationships with technical professionals to develop a robust candidate pipeline. Ensure all placements meet client specifications and quality standards. Track recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-fill. Stay informed about current trends in the technology industry and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly. Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies. Qualifications: 5+ years of technical recruiting experience within a staffing or recruiting agency. Proven success in placing software engineers, developers, IT specialists, and other technical roles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; relevant recruiting certifications are a plus. Benefits: aggressive commission/bonus structure
