The Human Resources Internship is designed to help you develop practical skills related to employee engagement, employer branding, recruiting, and workplace culture. You will be exposed to a range of HR activities and should be ready to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with full lifecycle recruiting tasks including sourcing, resume reviews, interviewing, and scheduling.
Conduct research on salary compensation benchmarks and manage candidate data using our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
Build and maintain CRM functionalities, implementing recruiting campaigns to attract top talent.
Create and analyze Talent Acquisition reports to identify trends and insights.
Manage internship job boards and foster external engagement.
Support the onboarding process and propose enhancements.
Research AI applications in Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes.
Assist with immigration procedures and additional administrative tasks.
Help develop early-stage talent programs and support Workforce Development initiatives.
Conduct research on People & Culture resources with our Talent Development Manager.
Help prepare and report on Employee Engagement Surveys.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's, Associate, or Master's degree in human resources, communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse is preferred.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and deliverable timelines.
Able to meet deadlines while demonstrating empathy towards team members and stakeholders.
A proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
A genuine passion for the renewable energy industry and working with people.
