HRIS Specialist
who will be the SME for Dayforce HRIS to optimize and maintain our HR systems, streamline automation, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.We offer a friendly, collaborative work environment where your growth matters!
Onsite near Brook Park, One day a week WFH M-F, 1st shift hours can be flexible with start/end time $70K-$80K, with a 6% discretionary annual bonus Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain HRIS applications, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance. Develop workflows, automate processes, and optimize system integrations. Serve as the HRIS superuser, staying ahead of system updates and training stakeholders. Process annual salaried and hourly bonuses Train and support end users, enhancing system adoption and efficiency. Lead HRIS improvement initiatives in collaboration with HR, IT, and external vendors. What We're Looking For:
Experience managing HR systems (Dayforce preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate complex processes into user-friendly solutions. Bachelor's degree required
