Supply Chain Sr. Associate.
Position type: Full time - Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
As a Supply Chain Sr. Associate, you will: Description Hybrid, preferred to come to the office once a week. This team is usually in the office on Thursday ** 8-5 PM
As a Sr. Supply Chain Associate, you will be an integral part of the Global Supply Chain organization. You will be supporting the development and maintenance of end-to-end global supply plans with orchestration of Master Data Setup & maintaining Master Data Integrity and Scenario Analysis using client's planning and execution systems.
Key Responsibilities: Business process owner and manager of global product planning processes • Master Data Request and managing completion of Master Data setup for all client's products • Monitor and maintain master Data Accuracy of all client's Products • Support with basic demand & supply scenario analysis • Managing Physical and Financial Flows for all client's products
Day to Day Responsibilities: Support with requesting, maintaining and obsoleting critical master data for all Client's products within the global planning team and working with cross-functional supply chain teams: • Request new SAP Material Numbers and Bill of Materials through SAP • Follow through on the setup and ensure planning can commence in RapidResponse • Monitor and maintain master data accuracy by following up on master data errors in RapidResponse • Run a multitude and multifaceted demand & supply scenarios in RapidResponse and report out to Global Supply Chain Leads • Maintain physical & financial flow information
Qualifications: Minimum Requirements Master's degree or bachelor's Degree and 2 years of Life Science or Business experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry Associate's degree and 6 years of Life Science or Business experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry High school diploma/GED and 8 years of Life Science or Business experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
Preferred Requirements Analytical reasoning and creative problem-solving ability to conceive the solutions of tomorrow Excellent project management skills Good negotiation and facilitation skills Demonstrated skill to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously in a fluid environment with time pressures
Basic Qualifications High school/GED + 2 years work experience OR? Associates and 6 months work experience OR? Bachelors
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets: 1) Proficiency in SAP Master Data Management - experience in managing cross-functional teams to ensure correct setup of key Master Data 2) Strong Planning & Analytical skills - able to run scenario analysis in a planning system as a result of change in forecast, supply, deviations or regulatory requirements. 3) End-to-End Supply Chain & Planning Knowledge - Understanding of supply chain flows, demand and supply plans
