Key Responsibilities:
Business process owner and manager of global product planning processes
Master Data Request and managing completion of Master Data setup for all products
Monitor and maintain master Data Accuracy of all Products
Support with basic demand & supply scenario analysis
Managing Physical and Financial Flows for all products
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree or Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of Life Science or Business experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
Associate's degree and 6 years of Life Science or Business experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
High school diploma/GED and 8 years of Life Science or Business experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
Preferred Requirements
Ability to learn new tasks, functions and responsibilities quickly
Analytical reasoning and creative problem-solving ability to conceive the solutions of tomorrow
Effective communication and command skills
Excellent project management skills
Good negotiation and facilitation skills
Demonstrated skill to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously in a fluid environment with time pressures
High attention to detail
Ability to operate in a team or matrixed environment
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
Proficiency in SAP Master Data Management - experience in managing cross-functional teams to ensure correct setup of key Master Data
Strong Planning & Analytical skills - able to run scenario analysis in a planning system as a result of change in forecast, supply, deviations or regulatory requirements.
End-to-End Supply Chain & Planning Knowledge - Understanding of supply chain flows, demand and supply plans
Pay Rate
between $35 - $40hr on W2 based on experience.
