Job Description

The Private Events Manager at Zero Bond Las Vegas is responsible for overseeing all aspects of private event bookings, from inquiry to execution. This individual ensures that each event reflects Zero Bond's standards, while coordinating across internal departments to deliver seamless operations for members and internal teams. Their role includes sales, planning, and service coordination to drive revenue and uphold brand standards. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented and work well in a high paced luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage all private event inquiries, proposals, walkthroughs, and confirmations. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and members throughout the planning process. Prepare Reservation Event Orders (REOs), timelines, floorplans, and payment schedules. Collaborate with culinary, beverage, operations, and membership teams to deliver events in alignment with client expectations. Oversee setup, service flow, and breakdown for all private events, ensuring consistent execution and guest satisfaction. Forecast and track monthly private event revenue and guest counts. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection in partnership with accounting. Coordinate with security, AV, and third-party vendors as needed. Maintain event collateral, pricing sheets, vendor contacts, and service packages. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals. Qualifications

Job Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in private event planning, sales, or catering within a hospitality or luxury setting. Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with precision and professionalism. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Strong eye for aesthetics and experience with floor plans, event layouts, and room flow. High level of discretion, and guest service. Proficiency in POS, CRM, and event management software. Must be able to obtain and maintain any required work cards or licenses in Nevada. Applicants must be 21 years of age or above. Physical Requirements & Benefits

Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands Must be able to work on your feet for at least 10 hours Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift of up to 50 pounds on occasion and 35 pounds regularly Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water. Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required Smoke environment
