Position Overview The Supply Chain Analyst II at the Center of Excellence is vital in gathering business requirements and transforming them into robust planning databases, reporting tools, dashboards, and data analyses. These solutions enhance critical Supply Chain processes including Demand Planning, S&OE, S&OP, Production Planning, Logistics, Materials Management, Order Management, and Long-Term Planning. Key Responsibilities: Engage in meetings to identify business needs and demands. Support Supply Chain teams during the integration of new products, production lines, and plants into S&OP tools. Collaborate with Supply Chain Managers to recommend fixes and enhancements to existing tools through cross-functional sessions. Transition Power Automate reporting bots to Python scripts, analyzing current workflows to deploy scalable, efficient solutions. Manage daily operations of Power BI workspaces, ensuring accurate reporting through oversight of dataset refreshes and access control. Create and circulate dashboards and KPIs that enhance business visibility. Build strong partnerships across supply chain functions, operations, procurement, finance, accounting, sales, and co-Pack customers. Develop best practices for critical business processes. Assist in the integration of new business initiatives and technology. Lead special projects and fulfill additional duties as needed. Direct projects to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives. Required Qualifications: Intermediate knowledge of supply chain concepts, including MRP, CPFR, S&OP, VMI, and others. Proven problem-solving and project management skills with an ability to analyze and deliver precise reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate, along with SAP and Analysis for Excel/BW reporting. Basic coding knowledge in DAX, Python, and M Code, with capacity to understand existing code. Familiarity with relational algebra and data table interactions. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently on complex tasks. High level of integrity, reliability, and motivation. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communicator across various functions, with stellar written and verbal skills. Demonstrated adaptability and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a supply chain role. Experience in food or beverage manufacturing and SAP is highly desirable. Proficiency in managing databases and knowledge of coding languages. PMP certification preferred, with APICS (ASCM) or IBF certification being a plus. Working Conditions: Primarily sedentary in nature, requiring prolonged periods of sitting. Fast-paced work environment that demands focus and resilience under pressure. Pronounced mental stress due to deadlines and project management requirements.
