Position Description The Supply Chain Project & Process Improvement Analyst will be essential in supporting the comprehensive project portfolio across various Supply Chain functions. This role focuses on enabling project success through effective tools, organizational support, and training for cross-functional teams. The individual will guide kaizen events, track progress, and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout our network. They will also manage centralized MRP data to support planning teams effectively. Essential Functions: Facilitate project review meetings and ensure alignment on project deviations and corrective actions. Update and maintain the Supply Chain project portfolio, providing regular progress reports to the business. Identify and escalate delays, working with project leads to resolve bottlenecks. Utilize analytical tools to recommend projects that foster process improvements across the Supply Chain. Analyze project ROI to ensure alignment with departmental and overall business strategies. Facilitate kaizen events to further continuous improvement initiatives as needed. Provide training, tools, and guidance to project leads to ensure successful project execution. Participate in team meetings and cross-functional sessions to evaluate and identify business needs. Consolidate plant production data (by SKU) into categorized product groups aligned with S&OP. Support production and material planning teams by auditing and updating MRP data parameters for accuracy. Collaborate with Supply Chain Managers to identify necessary fixes and updates in tools. Maintain, enhance, and update existing reports; create, refresh, and publish dashboards and KPIs. Foster collaborative relationships with supply chain functions, operations, procurement, sales, and co-pack customers. Drive the development of best practices for key business processes. Support the integration of new business and technology initiatives. Assist in special projects and other assigned duties as required. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of project management, kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and data analytics. Solid understanding of key Supply Chain concepts such as MRP, CPFR, S&OP, and VMI. Proven problem-solving abilities: capacity to deconstruct complex issues, devise innovative solutions, and act based on results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, analyze, and deliver accurate reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI, SAP, SharePoint, and Analysis for Excel/BW reporting. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Data-driven mindset with a keen attention to detail. Effective collaborator across functions with a team-oriented approach. Adept at managing timelines, holding others accountable, and achieving results under leadership guidance. Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable to change, and operates with urgency. Capability to initiate, compile, analyze, and provide accurate reporting. Proficiency in data analysis. Education and Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in a Supply Chain role. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred. Project Management Certification is required. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is preferred. Power BI certification is preferred. Experience with kaizen, continuous improvement, and Lean methodologies is desirable. Prior experience in food/beverage manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain is highly preferred. SAP experience is required. Ability to create and manage databases. Proficient MS Office skills, especially in Excel. APICS or IBF certification is an asset. Working Conditions: Physical Demands:
