Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Transportation Analyst (Senior) to join our team of professionals in support of the USMC MCICOM G-4 Directorate.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

Must be able to support the research, preparation, and management of Common Output Levels (COLS) development. Must be able to perform financial analysis and provide written report(s) based on a comparison of funded requirement expenses, readiness costs, and cost of maintenance data provided by the Government. Must be able to extract and analyze data reports (e.g., fuel consumption, vehicle utilization and maintenance costs); life-cycle cost analysis reports, and data summaries from the Fleet Management Information System (FMIS), to include but not limited to Fleet Focus, Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST), and Program Objective Memorandums. Must be able to perform an audit of data in FMIS and FAST and provide responses with the necessary course of action. Must be able to support selecting TS Audit, Assistance, and Training Program and record findings, assist with training, and analyze post audit findings. Must be able to provide Working Group (WG) planning and daily meeting support. This will include pre-event, on-site coordination and post-event activities for designated government, and inter-agency WG, symposiums, and workshops. Must be able to conduct pre-event planning that will include, but is not limited to, approval packages, site selections and setup development and distribution of announcements, creation of agenda and support material and registration. Must be able to conduct on-site coordination that will include, but is not limited to, attendee check-in, security problem resolution, document control, and administrative and logistics coordination with the host facility. Must be able to conduct post-event efforts that will include, but is not limited to, developing, and distributing conference meeting proceedings and generation of an After-Action Report (AAR) following each event. Must be able to conduct reviews and propose updates to applicable orders, directives, and policies governing transportation services programs. Policies and directives include but not limited to Class A Vehicles, Fleet Manager Award Program, MCO 11240.106, Domicile to Duty, Telematics, P-19R fielding and sustainment plan. Must be able to assist the branch in task development, processing, and management by utilizing the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2). Performs related work as assigned.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)

Education

Must have at least ten (10) years of relative experience and a minimum Bachelor's degree or at least (5) years of experience and a Master's degree. Experience

Must be able to travel both CONUS and OCONUS as required/necessary. Must be skilled in developing executive-level correspondence and management programs involving executive-level participants. Must have proficiency in briefing and communication skills to senior Military (e.g., O-6 level and above), Military Commanders and their staff, organizational leaders, and peers. Must have experience working with a diverse and often conflicting group of stakeholders from a cross section of all staff divisions/efforts. USMC or other Military service experience a HUGE PLUS. Clearance

Must be a United States Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance; active DoD clearance highly desired.
