Description
The Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across Shield Technology Partners and its growing portfolio of Managed Service Providers (MSPs), with a focus on identifying top-tier technical talent. This role will partner directly with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple entities to execute effective sourcing strategies, streamline hiring processes, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
In addition to recruiting responsibilities, the Technical Recruiter will support HR-related projects as needed, including onboarding, process documentation, and integration support during acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle technical recruiting for STP and partner MSPs, from intake through offer stage. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand roles including service desk, cybersecurity, engineering, and IT project management positions. Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview frameworks, and candidate scorecards aligned with STP standards. Leverage a range of sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, referral networks, and direct outreach. Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and feedback collection across multiple stakeholders. Support onboarding workflows in collaboration with HR and IT operations, ensuring seamless handoffs from recruiting to new hire start. Assist with HR process documentation, integration tasks, and compliance checklists as part of M&A activity. Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to optimize conversion rates, time-to-fill, and hiring quality. Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system and help refine STP's recruiting workflows as the function scales. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven success sourcing and hiring technical talent across a variety of skill levels and disciplines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build trust quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Pinpoint, Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-moving environment. Understanding of U.S. employment law and recruiting compliance practices. Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.
